We are now featuring pastries from local baker Santine De Roover. http://www.derooverbakery.com/ The De Roover Bakery is located in Sherwood, Oregon. They feature home-made Dutch pastries, as well as many favorite American pastries... but with a Dutch touch! The bakery's products reflect owner Santine de Roover's Dutch roots and her passion for using less sugar in order to bring out the natural flavors of the pastries. She especially enjoys making pastries with local fruits such as berries and apples, which are among her favorites!
At the market we will have fresh blueberry muffins made with local blueberries, chocolate chip cookies with AMAZING chocolate, and mixed berry oat bars made with fresh local marion and blackberries! Come and give them a try!
